The Inspiration
For this collection Charlie was transported back to a mythologised moment in time. While Leigh Bowery ruled the London underground club scene, Jean Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring created subversive masterpieces in New York. All three used colour in explosive and shocking ways to communicate their ideas.

While we revel in the joy and excitement of the 80’s club and art scene, we must also take a moment to remember the legacy of social justice these artists left behind them. They spearheaded issues such as gender, race and sexuality so that today we continue the conversation. It’s the artists, the marginalised, the rule-breakers, the outcasts and the weirdos, who spark change - change we need now more than ever.

The Knitwear Journey.*
We design knitwear that reconnects us. That makes us more aware of the journey. That tells us the full story of the people and impact behind the things we wear.
*Worried about the amount of counties? Don’t Panic. Transport and travel is less than 1% of our overall carbon footprint.
